Blogger. Adventure Seeker. Historian.
I work in marketing for a sailing company, and am indoors most of the day, but I’m always been trying to get outdoors as often as I can. I love making the most of the adventure possibilities we have available to us and I sail, ski, climb, cycle, run, walk, paddle and row whenever I get the chance!
This year I’m fortunate to have been reselected as an Ordnance Survey GetOutside Champion and am really enjoying sharing my love for our beautiful British hills, mountains and coastline with everyone I meet.
My main loves are the sea and the mountains and, after a childhood spent playing with skipping ropes on the stairs, my dream of climbing the ‘Matterhorn’ is looming ever closer and I’m aiming to achieve this before the end of 2020. The end of my 30th year!
I drink too much tea, have been on Mastermind and am now taking my love of naval history to the next level, by studying a Masters in History at the University of Exeter around work.
