So lucky that this is half an hr away πŸ’™πŸŒŠ So lucky that this is half an hr away πŸ’™πŸŒŠ
This week has been a struggle. It's a year since I This week has been a struggle. It's a year since I got the restraining order issued for my stalker of 10 years, and the realisation that this is the longest I've gone without any contact hit me in a very strange way.

Obviously, I am happy, but my brain spiralled into the anxiety of "when will it happen again...?". Had a little mini breakdown at friends the other day and a bit too much wine last night, before realising that my brain was definitely not in the right place to have had a drink. Back to only drinking on social occasions again, I thinkπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

But this morning I can see light on the horizon and I feel like my head is back in a normal (for me. I am weird, so normal is not the word) place. So every storm passes I guess.

It's happening again. Time to raise money for @rnl It's happening again. Time to raise money for @rnli - This time I'm off to do a 20k loop of the Isle of Portland, again dressed as a reindeer. Hopefully less flood wading than my route last year 🀣

The @RNLI is a charity which, as someone who spends a lot of time on the 🌊 is incredibly close to my heart. They rely entirely on donations to carry out the incredible work they do, both saving lives and educating people to be safe in and around the water βš“

I have friends who volunteer, know people who've been rescued & have a relative who was Cox of the Exmouth lifeboat, awarded the bronze medal for bravery.

My last 2 runs raised over Β£3k so I'd love to add to that!

Donation link is in my bio 😊
To the innermost heart of their own land they are To the innermost heart of their own land they are known as the stars are known to the night; As the stars that shall be bright when we are dust, moving in marches upon the heavenly plain, as the stars that are starry in the time of our darkness.

To the end, to the end, they remain...
